We deliver to the United States, Canada, and US APO/FPO locations. Please note that shipping outside of the continental US may incur an additional fee.

At Prints R Us, we prioritize customer satisfaction above everything else. We guarantee that the customized products you receive will be in line with the design you created in our Design Studio. In the rare instance that you receive flawed or damaged items, or your rush order is delayed, please fill out our customer care form, and one of our seasoned Customer Care Representatives will collaborate with you to resolve the issue. Do notify us of any problems within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders with free shipping.

Due to the nature of customized merchandise, returns are not possible. Nonetheless, if you encounter any problems with your purchase, we are committed to resolving them to your complete satisfaction. Simply complete our customer care form and a member of our team will contact you within one business day. We kindly request that you inform us within 15 days of delivery.
